Service Description:

Diagnostic imaging department- Performs mammograms using digital mammography equipment for early detection of breast cancer
- Performs breast biopsies as needed
|

Application:

- Medical referral required from Family Physician or Nurse Practitioner
- NOTE: For women aged 50-74 years who have never had breast cancer, implants or breast surgery, mammograms are booked through the Ontario Breast Screening Program, ph 807-684-7777 or toll-free 1-800-461-7031
- All other women 40 years and older can call the Mammogram Booking Clerk
