Service Description:
|
- Offers a primary mobile health care unit to individuals living in the district
- Serves individuals who are having difficulty finding health care, or who have barriers and access issues, such as geography, or who may be at a higher risk of poor health
- Offers a multidisciplinary health care team including registered nurses, nurse practitioners, footcare nurses, community health workers, and a dietitian
- Diagnoses, treats and refers clients within their scope of practice
- Treats cuts, common colds, fever, earaches, minor infections, bruises, sprains and skin skin complaints
- Offers regular foot care by appointment
