Service Description:

- Helps individuals to participate in meaningful life roles at, or as close as possible to, the level they did prior to their acquired brain injury
- Provides flexible services to meet the diverse needs of individuals who require rehabilitation and support services
- Provides referrals to the residential services available in Thunder Bay
- Provides Community Rehabilitation and Outreach Services in Thunder Bay, Kenora, Fort Frances and Dryden
Offers Assisted Living Services in the following locations:- Castlegreen Site
- Cumberland Place
- McKellar Place
