Service Description:

Manages the administration, finances and operation of all departments for the Municipality of Sioux Narrows Nestor Falls
Oversees the operations and maintenance of municipal infrastructure and related services
Roads and Transportation
- Maintains and repairs local roads, curbs, sidewalks and ditches
- Responsible for snow removal, sanding and salting roadways and sidewalks
- Responsible for street lighting and traffic signals
- Maintains municipal bridges
Sewer and Water
- Does not provide municipal water and sewer systems; residents responsible for providing own septic fields and water systems
Waste and Recycling Management (Landfill)
- Provides and operates supervised landfill sites for residents and business owners to dispose of garbage
- Accepts electronics but NOT microwaves, air conditioners or smoke detectors
- Provides bins at landfills for collection of recyclable items
- Provides list of acceptable recyclable items on website
