Service Description:

Provides support services for seniors and individuals with specific needs that require assistance to help them remain in their own homes for as long as possible
Operates a 97-bed long term care facility offering a variety of programs, services and amenities Coordinates and delivers the following programs to residents:- Community special events
- Facility tours
- Guest speakers
- Intergenerational programs
- Memorial services
- Pet visitation and therapy
- Volunteer appreciation events
- Voting day polling station
Provides residents with the following services:- 24-hour nursing care and supervision
- 24-hour on call physician
- Psychogeriatric resource consultant
- Care conferences
- Foot care
- Hairdressing and barber services
- Laundry services
- Meals
- Medication administration
- Palliative care (end-of-life care)
- Physician visits
- Social work services and family services coordinator
- Spiritual programs and pastoral care
- Various recreational programs and social events
Offers the following amenities:- Air conditioning

- Private and semi-private rooms with 2-piece washroom (toilet & sink)

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Must be 18 years of age and older and:
- Have a valid Ontario Health (OHIP) Card
- Have health care needs that cannot be met with any combination of caregiving, care in your home or care in your community
- Have health care needs that can be met in a long term care home
