Service Description:

Provides a multi-site, multi-function health care system serving the residents of the Rainy River District
Offers an 8-week education and exercise program for people with knee and hip osteoarthritis (OA) delivered by a certified therapist- Teaches participants the right way to move to reduce OA symptoms, reduce pain, take fewer amounts of pain medication and allow for increased physical activity and quality of life
