Service Description:

Provides a comprehensive range of acute care in-patient and out-patient services to the residents of Thunder Bay and regional referral services to the residents of Northwestern Ontario
Provides specialized interprofessional teams including Physician, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Dietitians, Pharmacist, Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Foot care, Wound care, Phlebotomy, Indigenous Navigator to provide a coordinated approach to diabetes management and treatment
