Service Description: Offers a variety of intervention and assessment services for children as well as education programs for parents, including the Triple P program

Located at Water St near Lisgar St

Intake and Assessment
  • Conducts a standardized intake interview for the purpose of determining the most appropriate mental health intervention for children, youth and parents during regular agency hours
  • Speed of service is dependent on the urgency level that is determined at intake

Crisis Consultation
  • Assists individuals with accessing services and ensuring a safety plan

Parent Education
  • Provides education sessions for parents
  • Promotes mental health, enhances the education and prevention program
  • Increases the understanding and awareness of children's mental health issues

Triple P
Offers a multi-level parenting and family support strategy

Offers the following programs and services:
  • Autism Intervention Program
  • Day Treatment Program
  • Infant and Child Services program (ages 0-6)
  • Youth Services Program (ages 7-12)
  • New Experiences Program
  • Residential Treatment
  • Adolescent Services Program (ages 13-18)
  • Supervised Access Program

  • Self referrals may be made by youth over 12 or parents
