Expansion of the Health Centre is complete:
  • Client parking is available behind the health centre and can be reached via Heron or Ogden Streets
  • Clients can entre the health centre using the Simpson St entrance or the entrance at the back of the building with is ideal for dropping off clients
  • Accessible parking is available at the rear of the building

  • Operates as a community-based organization offering primary health care and health promotion programs in areas within the district
  • Provides a Primary Care Team comprised of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, footcare nurses and therapists
  • Offers Telemedicine services
  • Operates outreach programs at Shelter House, Limbrick and Assef Court
  • Operates a Mobile health unit serving communities in the district as well as a Diabetes Mobile unit
  • Program Team is comprised of a registered dietitian, a community nutrition worker, community health workers, an early childhood educator, program assistants and child care workers
Satellite health centres located in the following areas:
  • Armstrong
  • Longlac
