Service Description: Community Living Atikokan is committed to providing respect, supports and services to meet the diverse developmental needs of people within an inclusive community

  • Provides services and supports to meet the needs of adults with an intellectual and/or developmental disability
  • Works on a "person-centered" model to address the values, priorities and preferences of each individual

  • Provides the following programs and services to enhance individual growth and independence:
    • Provides support services for Passport recipients
    • Supervises a Training and Leisure Centre which coordinates leisure activities and supported employment opportunities
    • Offers individualized supports through supported independent living apartments
