Provides a wide variety of programs, services and loans out various items including the following:
  • Books, magazines, and audio-visual material (DVDs, audio books), e-books
  • Faxing, photocopying, scanning and printing of documents
  • Internet and wireless access
  • Home services and services to institutions
  • Information service
  • Material available through inter-library loan
  • Reference and research help

Community Access Program (CAP)
  • Provides individuals with public access to the Internet and the skills they need to use it effectively
  • Plays a crucial role in bridging the digital divide
  • Contributes to the foundation for electronic access to government services
  • Encourages online learning and literacy
  • Fosters the development of community based infrastructure
  • Promotes Canadian e-commerce
  • Other services available include faxing, photocopying, scanning and printing of documents
  • Kids computer dedicated for children's games ages 8-12

  • Patrons must sign an Internet usage agreement before using the Internet
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Students 12-17 must have a signed permission slip from a parent or guardian
