Provides a wide variety of programs, services and loans out various items including the following:
  • Books, magazines, and audio-visual material (DVDs, audio books), e-books
  • Faxing, photocopying, scanning and printing of documents at cost
  • Internet and wireless access
  • Home services and services to institutions upon request
  • Information service
  • Material available through inter-library loan
  • Reference and online database access

Community Access Program (CAP)
  • Provides individuals with public access to the Internet
  • Plays a crucial role in bridging the digital divide
  • Contributes to the foundation for electronic access to government services
  • Encourages online learning and literacy
  • Fosters the development of community based infrastructure

Eligibility - Population(s) Served:
  • Membership required to borrow items
  • Patrons must sign an Internet usage agreement before using the Internet
  • Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult to use the Internet
  • Students 12-17 must have a signed permission slip from a parent or guardian for accessing the Internet unsupervised
