  • Provides a full range of culturally responsive counselling and wellness programs to assist individuals and families
  • Teaches the necessary tools to help individuals confront issues, understand problems and make life changes
  • Provides public education on mental health and addictions

  • Mental Health Programs
    • Provides individual, couple and group counselling
    • Offers psychological and educational evaluations
    • Provides Triple P (Positive Parenting Program)
    • Offers home and school based interventions
    • Teaches parenting skills
    • Offers psychiatric consultations and referrals

    Addictions Programs
    • Provides assessments and referrals
    • Coordinates outpatient treatment
    • Develops treatment plan suited to the individual's requirements
    • Offers individual and family counselling

    • Attention deficit disorder (ADD)
    • Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
    • Anger
    • Anxiety
    • behavioural issues
    • Bullying
    • Depression
    • Eating Disorders

    • Sexual and/or physical abuse

    Senior Volunteers in Service
