Service Description: Located in Northwood Lodge on Hwy 105

Provides programs and support services to enable individuals to remain in their own homes as long as possible
Offers the following programs:
  • Adult Day Program (Club Day Away)
  • Congregate Dining
  • Home Help
  • Meals On Wheels
  • Transportation
Volunteer Program
  • Relies on volunteer assistance to enable many of the programs to be carried out
  • Encourages individuals to volunteer any amount of time for the Adult Day Program, Congregate Dining and Meals on Wheels programs

Application: Registration required for all programs
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: People must have specific needs such as disability, illness or injury that require assistance or are 65 years of age and older
